We may collect account data such as email, display name, username, and avatar; dining preferences and dietary tags; onboarding personalization such as nutrition focus, activity level, and body metrics; meal history and saved meals; community content; and athlete support data when relevant.

2) How we use data

We use this data to operate accounts, personalize menus and nutrition guidance, save meal history, support community features, prevent abuse, improve the product, and maintain service operations.

3) Athlete and coach sharing

For athlete-linked users, identifiable dining and meal-log data may be shared with coaches or staff only when the athlete consents during onboarding. Non-athlete users are not enrolled in coach-sharing features through onboarding.

4) Anonymous analytics

We may collect anonymous product analytics such as page views and menu interactions using ephemeral session identifiers. These analytics help us understand product usage and performance and may run before onboarding completes.

5) Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, support legitimate product and safety needs, comply with law, and maintain audit records for consented features. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

6) Your choices

You may choose whether to enable athlete coach-sharing during onboarding if you are in an athlete-linked flow. You can also contact the site operator to request deletion or privacy assistance.

7) Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement in the product.
