Terms of Use
Effective date: March 23, 2026 · Version 2026-03-23
1) Service scope
TrayPal is an independent dining and meal-tracking product. It may display menu information from third-party sources and may offer meal logging, personalization, athlete support, community, and analytics features.
2) No affiliation / trademarks
TrayPal is an independent product and remains separate from Chartwells, DineOnCampus, and university dining operators, even where collaborations, prize support, or other partnerships may exist. Use of third-party names, menu data, trademarks, or brand references does not mean those parties operate TrayPal or are responsible for it, unless expressly stated. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
3) Accuracy and availability
Menu information, nutritional information, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Use official dining sources for operational decisions and allergy-sensitive choices.
4) Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, scrape protected areas, or use TrayPal in violation of law, school policy, or third-party rights.
5) Community and athlete features
Some features may let you post content, log meals, or share athlete-related information. You are responsible for content you submit. Additional privacy and data-use rules are described in the Privacy Policy.
6) Rights concerns and takedowns
If you are a rights holder or authorized agent and believe content should be removed or corrected, contact the site operator with the relevant URL, the content at issue, and the basis for the request.
7) Disclaimer and limitation
TrayPal is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing on the site is medical, nutritional, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you rely on recommendations, logs, and third-party data.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement in the product.
